My Firefox home page is set to the Google Reader.
I used to use Netvibes, but now I use Google Reader.
At work, I use Google Reader as my homepage just to keep up quickly with anything interesting that pops up.
I personally use My Yahoo! only for easy access to Fantasy sports. During the off season, it's right back to Google.
Google home page, Google Reader, G-Mail, Google Calendar, and my favorite Bookmarks.
